If you’re ready to be pulled into the deepest level, here we go.

The promises are everywhere.

“Ten steps to make 10K months.”

“5 signs you’re blocked from making money.”

And because you genuinely want growth, those promises trigger something in you. So you sign up for the ninth course thinking this might finally be the one that breaks your patterns for good.

A couple of months later, the same loop pops up again. Like that aunt who keeps showing up to family functions.

And like the aunt, you might not even know its name.

It was originally there to keep you safe and get you results. Now it’s preventing you from becoming who you’re meant to become.

It keeps you bumping up against an invisible ceiling, despite doing everything right by external measures.

For a while, you blame your circumstances. For not getting things done. For not growing your business in a way that’s tailored to your frequency. For not doing the inner work to clear the outdated behaviors. For not trusting your frequency when you see the feathers nudging you into action. For not taking the opportunities when they’re presented because they felt too risky.

And those invisible patterns will keep re-looping internally until they manifest in the outer world.

Most of the time you’ll hear “you are exactly where you need to be and you’re perfect as you are.”

I’ll tell you that too.

Then I’ll ask you to get honest with yourself. Honest from deep within your soul, without demonizing your power and without relying on what worked for someone else.

It’s always duality.

You have experience of having traction. And you have experience of sabotage on the other hand. You search for solutions, which kicks off some kind of mini crisis.

Human Design gives you energy for manifesting.

Astrology reads your planets.

Healing keeps you in the safe zone.

These will all keep the patterns playing out unless you’re willing to confront them at the root.

But you’re here to take command. Total ownership over creating and growing your life, your money, your business, your reality, your full embodiment of identity. Your true self.

So are you actually in congruence with what you say you want?

Or are you, behind the scenes, doubting and second-guessing yourself because you’re worried about who you’ll upset or trigger if you stand in the fullness of your power?

Is this why you find it easier to chant the worthiness mantras until the words lose all meaning?

Is this why you spend your time numbing out and avoiding the uncomfortable actions, calling it “waiting for the right time”?

An honesty check

When you’re really honest with yourself, when you feel the uncomfortable truth of avoiding stepping up into your leadership, this is why the patterns loop.

Yes, you may have inherited them from your mom and dad. But they did the work and the efforting so you could break them.

And you’re still here. Recycling the same pattern. The same contraction. The same dysregulation. Winding up exactly where you started.

The world enjoys demonizing a woman who stands in her full power.

She’s too much. She’s too emotional. She’s too full of herself.

What I am going to tell you is this.

Being too much. Too emotional. Too full of yourself for legitimate reasons. That is you in your full leadership.

And the recycling of those looping patterns is asking you to recognize even more the power within you. The unrecognized power waiting to be claimed, owned, and given proper credit at every part of you. Your cellular structure. Your DNA. Your tissues. Your operating system. Every single part

What changes when you become the source

You become so attuned to your own truth that you don’t have to do anything to raise your frequency. It does that for you.

This isn’t nice to have anymore. This is a requirement to build a business or career that lasts.
